Our Meals

At Essential Meals, we specialize in meeting the unique dietary and cultural needs of Pennsylvania’s diverse community through thoughtfully curated, fresh (notfrozen) meals delivered directly to the doors twice per week. Our expertly-curated menu changes seasonally every 90 days to reflect fresh ingredients, client preferences, and evolving nutritional guidelines. Weekly meal offerings from the seasonal menu will change each week on a 4-week cycle, so participants will never get bored of the same meals each week!
